QLD: Nurses consider delaying industrial action
BRISBANE, Feb 7 AAP - Nurses at the Carpentaria Freemasons' Home in Cairns will meet
tomorrow to consider delaying industrial action over enterprise bargaining negotiations.
Nurses, who are members of the Queensland Nurses Union (QNU) at the home had threatened to
begin industrial action this week if management of the home did not enter negotiations.
