SA: Bool Lagoon closed for duck hunting, government says

Duck hunters will be kept out of a South Australian lagoon this year in order to safeguard
protected birds seeking refuge there from drought.

Environment Minister JOHN HILL says departmental officers recently found large numbers
of protected species at Bool Lagoon in the state's south-east.
